The one that should go to jail is the judge that authorised the "no-knock" warrant.
What's so difficult about knocking on their door, or waiting until they get in the car to buy some smokes from the servo and then pulling them over while they're parked?
They always go after the cops, but never the politicians or judges that issued the orders.

I dunno, they must be very sure that they'll get off completely. Hell, not going to the media and pointing out who issued the orders is probably part of the deal they'll get.
I'm pretty sure that if they don't walk, the next time this happens, those cops are running straight to whatever media will host them, and they'll all be pointing fingers at the judge who issued the warrant in the first place.
I'm just annoyed that no-one else is talking about the judges at all.
