Ears? With those angles it's nearly impossible to tell for sure, on first pic you can barely see a fraction of an ear, it's all blurred, and the shot angle is way below the shot angle of the second pic, rendering the comparison borderline pointless
More pics are needed, with similar angles and lights, ideally

That is literally the point. If they stuck out to the side like in the second pic you would see more of them in the first pic.
I'm hardly going to convince anyone with that tbh
If ears could be clearly visible, like side view of the head, both shots, then anyone with half a functioning brain could tell what's what
