I think it's someone in twitter or it's the helpdesk is outsource and some people there say the potential for resetting password or a person at the helpdesk it to stupid and they scammed that person using social pressuring like "I really have to get into my account can you help me out please" It's inside somehow though since that is to fast for hacking unless they had the passwords saved over time and decided to use them all at once before twitter got wise and put measures in place for tracing any account that said it would double your bitcoin.
