You're one in a million, I know many people that, even after I explained to them what will happen, just happily stopped paying rent/bills/mortgages...that all comes due and it come due all at once. Going to be some surprised people out there.
I think only the utilities were going to be due all at once, i don't recall as I just kept paying the bills. For rent, it would have become due 5 or 6 months after the original date, with the rent for that month due then as well. It was a scam from the start and I wonder how many fell for it.
