What good is eliminating qualified immunity for police while cuomo murders thousands of grandparents w/ the most irresponsible legisltature in a century? Maybe the local politician cowards could also be made better by a removal of 'qualified immunity'. Hell, let's handicap a president while we're at it and become a nation that can never do anything b/c only cowards that never make decisions ascend?
