That's weird... Ginsburg is both very partisan and skilled (at least she used to be recognized as such, now maybe she's just a veggie) Maybe she failed to come up with any technicality to justify any opposition Or maybe she took direct orders from jerusalem on this one ... That or she can't oppose anything because she's no longer able to do it, so it defaults on "who says nothing consents"
