I'm not necessarily totally opposed to a "polyethnic" or "multiethnic" society as long as cultural differences between ethnic groups are minor, they are all roughly in the same team/on the same page, so you have actual social cohesion, as opposed to endless inter ethnic conflicts, as in kossovo. I'm not fundamentally opposed to that particular model while I cast doubt on its general feasibility... As long as retarded murderers are totally excluded from it, evidently.
