Honestly, that's reality speaking to us right there I tend to forget that on a day to day basis; if you observe your environment thinking "what is reality/the universe trying to tell me?" you'll get surprising results, sometimes at the least expected moment when you just stopped observing/wondering. So yeah, leave those people on their own, don't intervene in any way, and chances are that's exactly what's going to happen on a mass scale Darwin THE solution. You just don't get involved, you do absolutely nothing. You let them run their self destructive course in their shithole. As a fail safe you build a wall so they don't spread everywhere, and if you really don't intervene at all they'll eventually end up eating each others because they've burnt and looted all super markets already and nobody wants to deliver anything over there because even roads are no longer practicable
