That's part of the problem, no one knows what the State Department is actually doing. This shit probably started during Reagan's second term, at the latest.

I wonder if the average American knows that every year State Department publishes a list of "human rights violations" in other countries, and this list is used as a political tool to destabilize countries that might even be NATO members.
