You know, what really makes the difference between pros and noobs when it comes to assassination, is that with real pros the investigation never starts to begin with, for a reason or another; either because it's ruled as accident or suicide or natural cause, because detectives really concluded that or because somebody in the administration made that conclusion happen, or the investigation got botched one way or the other, dossier was lost, evidences were lost, crime scene got defiled or whatever. In the end there's no investigation and even if there's still one it's not going to go anywhere. That's what one actually pays for with a "hitman", and it usually doesn't come cheap... And when it's cheap, chances you're only paying a monkey in the end, or a fed and "you" fell for that loosy honey pot lol Any monkey can pull a trigger, getting away with it every single time is where the actual expertise is when it comes to it
