Diversity policies in the corporate world only make sense when there's a substantial profit to be made out of it, you may have one or two "humanist"/"activist" CEO once in a while who really believes in any given social cause and would eventually engage his company into it... You have to eventually convince the whole board of directors/share holders though... But that's the exception, that's not what it's all about, it can't be, that's luxury. Margins aren't that thick, to allow rooms for random social experiments just for the sake of it, markets are saturated pretty much everywhere you look at, competition is fierce, and those social experiments, those fancy projects, have a cost. So, diversity for the sake of mankind... You really have to be a fucken idealist, and all of a sudden all those sharks, because that's what they are, that's what they have to be to bring the steak on the table, all of a sudden all those bosses have turned social justice garbage, why? Because there's a valid reason to do so. And here, breaking up unions... It makes absolute sense. Just as much as social dumping, H1B1 visas in order to lower production costs and have a docile foreign workforce used to lower standards, used to never complain and do what they are told no matter what, it makes absolute sense.
SJW activists are scums of the earth for that reason alone, they are de facto the little helpers of those they claim to oppose
