No one "deserves" to be choked to death for no reason. It's one thing if he was actively trying to harm/kill someone. Nigga was face on the ground being choked by the knee of the police officer. There's no justification for killing the dude--even if he's a criminal. The 8th Amendment exists for a reason.

And that's still no excuse for all the fucking riots that took place
15 deads because of those riots, but those, no one gives a fuck, but when it's a white cop killing some ex black felon everybody lose their fucking minds

David Dorn? He was black, but an ex cop... Still a fucking pig.... So you know, it doesn't count he deserved it, and it's not because of a white on top of that so who fucking cares
...
All this shit is selective outrage and an excuse to chimp out and virtue signal for the most part
Oh I am in 100,000% agreement with everything you just said. Absolute nonsense. The worst part is the fact that the outrage is being manufactured at the top, and it's only promulgating down because of all the useful idiots (sheep) that exist in society. Those with half a brain think all this rioting is bullshit, and rightfully so. But, sadly, the sheep are the one's the "higher ups" want to target, and showcase them to the rest of the world.
These fools are getting people killed, and they believe they're bringing "justice". They're just pawns in another man's game. And that's why they're all depressed, needing some "social justice" issue to fight for to give them purpose.
You know, when I first heard about corona... I wanted to believe.
But nope, corona isn't the messiah I was secretly hoping for. Too weak.
It's fucking hopeless there's no way to reform that much people idiots, politically, spiritually, and intellectually
Idiocracy is a fucking prophecy
Yeah but, he didn't die from choking exactly. Look at the autopsy. He was a sick drug addict riddled with disease. The officer was merely the knee that broke the camel's back.
Good thing he wasn’t choked to death, then. The ME report says he received no life threatening injuries.
He was hopped up on fentanyl and meth with a blocked heart. He decided his cardio that day would be fighting and then he lost and was held down in an approved, if sloppily executed and poorly conceived, hold.
The cop might have been a loser, but it wasn’t murder.
No, it was murder. No one even bothered to try and resuscitate the guy after he was choked out.
Can't tell me just because the dude being choked wasn't in good health that it justifies the behavior of the officers. People are responsible for their actions. If you kill someone because you were kneeling on their neck, you're reponsible for their death.
He died over an hour later. Your emotions don’t fit the facts. But if your heart says it was murder, then I guess you’re right.
I believe it came out the dude died of a heart attack related to drugs in his system.
I would posit that most who watch the video would consider the officer's conduct at the very least unreasonable, if not downright abusive. Sure, he may not have been "trying" to kill the guy, but especially considering that same officer's track record of violent and abusive conduct, it's clear to me who is really at fault here.
I'm not saying the officer wasn't doing something wrong, what I am saying is he didn't kill the guy. Sure he should be prosecuted for police brutality but I wouldn't say murder. I think everyone involved was at fault. Including the gentleman who died.
