Now it takes 3 using restraining holds and it's still classified as police brutality. Are we soon approaching the need for an entire precinct to dogpile a suspect to bring them to justice?

Meanwhile inmates are encouraged to pump iron and socialize with other criminals. I mean, so you're sure when they get out they are not only pissed by the time they spent in prison they also are much more powerful and have new criminal connections. Next step is free boxing and shooting courses. And I'm half kidding.

Much like 1984 was not supposed to be a manual, I didn't think Demolition Man was supposed to be advice for criminal rehabilitation programs - yet here were are.
