I'd be in favor of this if it meant that blacks were no longer eligible for any welfare or governmental payments save those earned by working, i.e. Social Security, Medicare, and Unemployment. No disability, no SNAP, no child support. None. It stops immediately and permanently for all. You take the payment or not, it doesn't matter. You get nothing more.
