I wouldn't be surprised if most of the blacks arrested are either individuals with criminal histories and/or have roots in the Somali community. and Antifa has a history operating out of war ravaged Moslem countries. Plenty of motivation to conclude those ties aren't restricted by nation boundaries. The fact that these riots are occurring simultaneously in several parts of the country suggests that this was organized well in advance. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised that George Floyd and the police which supposedly prompted this are all actors who were disappeared once the media narrative was established.

She should be arrested immediately because such ugliness can't roam free.

As for the riots, I'm not sure the culprits were actors, probably just idiots, but what I find more feasible is that there was a plan ready, waiting for the right opportunity to be put into action. This happened in Greece in 2008 and you can read the main outline at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Greek_riots but the thing is that the riots weren't spontaneous and the government played along.
