That's an interesting development.
Full quote
"In St. Paul, last night, and across our Twin Cities, the curfew went into effect. Because we had a relative stillness in St. Paul we didn't make an enormous number of arrests but every single person we arrested last night, I'm told, was from out-of-state," Carter said. "What we are seeing right now is a group of people who are not from here."
So, people that didn't know about the curfew in advance and had nowhere to go?
It was widely publicized that a curfew was going to be in place. You'd have to be a stupid nigger to not realiz....oh, yeah...
I didn't know how far in advance the curfew was announced. I just know it's not that long of a drive from the Dakotas and Wisconsin and can see a lot of left leaning people driving to Minneapolis to participate in the "protests". I don't buy their deal about it being white supremacist agitators.
