A riot in Detroit wouldn't make much of a difference in the city as it is.. most of it was never rebuilt and never recovered from the 1967 riots. There's hardly anything there to loot. Most of the structures are already unfit for habitation. Most neighborhoods already look like they've been through a bombing raid.
