They would always be there 12-16 hours per day, so I can't fault them for trying. However, if I worked that much, I'd push out scientific papers like every 3 months. Just a few examples were a guy that we would sometimes catch sleeping in the lab office, but he didn't know how to keep samples isolated and free from cross-contamination. Another post-doc basically had to go around and try to do her research while this chink fucked up; and then she had to fix all his mistakes on top of her full-time project. The same dude also killed an entire cell incubator full of research material by 'cleaning' it with bleach.

Broadly speaking, Chinese biological research is some of the most questionable out there. The lead researchers probably require the underlings to have no lives and work themselves to death like slaves. I imagine their ultimate results are not necessarily from thoughtful experiments, but rather, slinging shit against the wall repetitively to see what sticks.

>slinging shit against the wall repetitively to see what sticks.

Sounds how covid-19 came to existence to me

Of course I have no proof of that, it's just a hunch based on a bunch of articles I came across

https://www.zerohedge.com/health/french-intelligence-warned-catastrophic-leak-wuhan-lab

>Eleven years before the joint construction of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, French intelligence services warned Paris that China's reputation for poor bio-security could lead to a 'catastrophic leak,' according to the Daily Mail. In 2004, the EU's chief brexit negotiator, Michael Barnier, ignored those warnings - signing off on the lab's construction when he was the French foreign minister. Basically, they went full select breeding on corona, like you would do to create a race of dogs, and then some shit happened and it started to spread outside the lab According to the report, French intel also warned that Paris could lose control of the facility, and that Beijing could even use it to make biowarfare weapons. And in 2015, as the laboratory prepared to open, those concerns were realized after the French architects of the project said the CCP had shut them out. In fact, 50 French scientists were supposed to help the Chinese run the laboratory properly, but never ended up going.

>A scientific study which found COVID-19 may have been a "cell-culture" uniquely adapted for transmission to humans (more so than any other animal - including bats), is gaining steam. The paper, currently under peer review, comes from Flinders University Professor Nikolai Petrovsky, who has spent over two decades developing vaccines against influenza, Ebola, and animal Sars. He says his findings allow for the possibility that COVID-19 leaked from a laboratory, according to Sky News.

>China Asked The WHO To Help Cover Up Coronavirus, German Intelligence Concludes Xi met with WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on January 21 to request that he withhold information about human-to-human transition and delay the declaration of a global pandemic, according to German magazine Der Spiegel. The news comes amid rising sentiment that China should be held financially responsible for the pandemic.

>The earliest suspected case in China may have been observed as early as November, some scientists believe, though others doubt the theory. But the report obtained by NBC News cites cellphone activity data showing a complete shutdown of a high-security section of the lab for 2.5 weeks between Oct. 7 and Oct. 24.

https://www.zerohedge.com/health/database-wuhans-batwoman-altered-48-hours-covid-19-samples-ordered-destroyed

>As Western intelligence continues to investigate China's handling of COVID-19 as it spread throughout Hubei province in December, disturbing evidence continues to emerge that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) engaged in a massive cover-up of what was going on. Now, we've learned that the Wuhan Institute of Virology - which was conducting controversial experiments into animal-to-human transmission of bat coronaviruses, altered their database in an apparent attempt to distance the lab from the outbreak.

https://www.zerohedge.com/health/researcher-cusp-covid-19-breakthrough-killed-bizarre-murder-suicide

>A University of Pittsburgh researcher working on a coronavirus project was fatally shot on Saturday at his home in Ross Township, while associate Hao Gu, 46, was found dead in a car approximately 100 yards away of what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot. The researcher, 37-year-oild Bing Liu, was found shot multiple times in the head, neck and torso around Noon on Saturday. Nothing was stolen from the townhouse and there was no forced entry, according to the Post Gazette. He worked in the college's department of computational and systems biology at the Pitt School of Medicine. "Bing was on the verge of making very significant findings toward understanding the cellular mechanisms that underlie SARS-CoV-2 infection and the cellular basis of the following complications," the department announced in a written statement, adding "We will make an effort to complete what he started in an effort to pay homage to his scientific excellence."

https://www.zerohedge.com/health/two-nasty-traits-coronavirus-typically-not-seen-together

>Dr. Dena Grayson: In addition to being highly contagious, this novel coronavirus can cause a SEVERE infection that can kill even healthy people. It's rare to see BOTH of these (bad) attributes in the same novel virus. Usually, it's one or the other.

https://www.zerohedge.com/health/renowned-microbiologist-claims-wuhan-lab-did-absolutely-crazy-things-coronavirus

A world renowned Russian microbiologist says that the novel coronavirus responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic was the result of Wuhan scientists doing "absolutely crazy things" in their laboratory. Dr. Peter Chumakov of the Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology and Russian Academy of Sciences claims that while the Wuhan scientists' goal in creating the coronavirus was not malicious - instead, they were trying to study the pathogenicity of the virus, according to the Daily Mail.

https://www.zerohedge.com/health/covid-19-man-made-virus-hiv-discoverer-says-could-only-have-been-created-lab

>GilmoreHealth.com's Robert Miller writes that contrary to the narrative that is being pushed by the mainstream that the COVID 19 virus was the result of a natural mutation and that it was transmitted to humans from bats via pangolins, Dr Luc Montagnier the man who discovered the HIV virus back in 1983 disagrees and is saying that the virus was man made. Professor Luc Montagnier, 2008 Nobel Prize winner for Medicine, claims that SARS-CoV-2 is a manipulated virus that was accidentally released from a laboratory in Wuhan, China. Chinese researchers are said to have used coronaviruses in their work to develop an AIDS vaccine. HIV DNA fragments are believed to have been found in the SARS-CoV-2 genome.

Given that I've heard mention there is a BioSafety Level 4 (BSL-4, highest bio-security rating) Lab in the Wuhan region, it would not surprise me in the least this was engineered; esp. knowing there are HIV DNA fragments in the SARS-CoV-2 sequence. If not maliciously released, the virus 'breaking out' would just be more supporting evidence of Chinese scientific incompetence.

> Never attribute to malice that which may be equally explained by stupidity.

I don't think this was a bioweapon project, because the mortality rate doesn't match, I mean, why go for a corona when you can go full ebolapox to begin with, and then even if it's a soft bioweapon to cripple your adversary's economy, why would you start by throwing it in your own backyard... Pretend to be a victim too? Hm... That's far fetched, and reckless, with lots of rooms for unintended consequences

...

Now maybe they were looking for the perfect infectious "platform", to crossbreed with more potent stuffs later on... Either to use it or dev counter measures against such a mix, idk. Not very likely, sounds a bit like shooting in the dark

...

Now some study material for HIV cure, why not? Maybe, idk. After all AIDS is also rather a big deal in china too

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HIV/AIDS_in_China#2003-Present:_Evidence-based_approaches_post-SARS

>World Health Organization, and UNAIDS estimate that there were 1.25 million people living with HIV/AIDS in China at the end of 2018, with 135,000 new infections from 2017. The reported incidence of HIV/AIDS in China is relatively low,[3] but the Chinese government anticipates that the number of individuals infected annually will continue to increase.[4] ... While HIV is a type of sexually transmitted infection,[5] the first years of the epidemic in China were dominated by non-sexual transmission routes, particularly among users of intravenous drugs through practices such as needle sharing.[6] By 2005, 50% of new HIV cases were due to sexual transmission,[7] with heterosexual sex gradually becoming the most common means of new infections in the 2000s.[8] New infections among men who have sex with men (MSMs) grew rapidly thereafter, representing 26% of all new cases in 2014, up from 2.5% in 2006.[9] Another major, non-sexual channel of infection was the Plasma Economy of the 1990s, wherein large numbers of blood donors, primarily in poor, rural areas, were infected with HIV as a result of systematically dangerous practices by state and private blood collection clinics.[10]

...

Now, maybe, it was just a pet project, as in scientists got a free pass for anything research, from the PLA, enjoy the new toys find something interesting, and a team started to try to make the best corona ever, like you take the most harmless stuffs out there and you make it go arnold on steroids, end game being a general methodology/protocol for "gain of function" programs

https://www.vox.com/2020/5/1/21243148/why-some-labs-work-on-making-viruses-deadlier-and-why-they-should-stop

>Earlier this week, Newsweek and the Washington Post reported that the Wuhan Institute of Virology, a lab near the site of the first coronavirus cases in the world, had been studying bat coronaviruses. The Newsweek report revealed an alarming tidbit: The Wuhan lab at the center of the controversy had for years been engaged in gain-of-function research. What exactly is it? It’s a line of research where scientists take viruses and study how they might be modified to become deadlier or more transmissible. Why would they do this? Scientists who engage in such research say it helps them figure out which viruses threaten people so they can design countermeasures.

I believe it's "just that", but that's just me

My theory is that the animals they used for testing were sold to the local meat market after they died from the diseases after some poor stupid cunt (the majority of chinese) went dumpster diving.

They really are that stupid.
