An ozone generator works wonders for eradicating bad smells and other organic residue eq. fungal blooms. Although with the recent cowid scare, it might be a bit difficult to source or rent. Ozone is a strong oxidizer, and will react with all volatile (smelly) chemical compounds. It's a bit aggressive towards rubber parts, so it's best not to use it too often. Thin layer of pure silicone oil helps with protecting the rubber parts, especially door seals.
