In the long run China will lose this pissing match.
It would nice to see these jobs move back to the US and some will, but most will move to other cheap labor Asian countries.
Yes there is a large market share in China that will companies will take a hit on. Oh well, there is plenty of money to be made in countries which aren't actively working to undermine us.

Not to mention the spying and interdiction. With photos of Cisco equipment interdicted at the borders and things like Intel ME, American tech companies have lost their credibility.
The only country currently enjoying a beneficial tech relationship with USA is Israel.

Maybe so, those countries should take action to protect themselves as well.
