I don't particularly like or dislike this dude, BUT I do very much dislike the way that everyone treats him. Everyone acts like he is some super genius, and so far I haven't seen any evidence to show that he is even slightly above average intelligence. What really annoys me though, is the fact that when he was on Joe Rogans podcast and he "smoked weed", HE DIDNT EVEN INHALE! He did this stupid tiny little cigar mouth puff and didn't actually inhale at all. Then he made this stupid face like "hmm, I don't see what the big deal is..". That always annoyed the shit out of me. It is like he is a middle school kid pretending to smoke weed to seem cool in front of his friends. It was all just super lame, both his "smoking" and everyone's reaction to it. I say Booo! Booo this man!!

So he pretends to smoke the weed to look cool. Because his image part of what makes funding him politically attractive.

Which, knowing joe rogan/howard stern/et al, will be used as blackmail material. The shock jocks exist to get public dirt on any outsiders that manage to game the controlled 'popularity circuit' of national 'discourse' that is modern media.
