That means America spent $2 per person for emergency hospitals. Which is 0.05% of economic losses. I think we can take that.

If we had needed them, it would have been money well spent. Even accounting for the 100% graft rate, it was money well spent.

Mandating masks right from the start would have been about as cheap. And the other trillions of dollars of destruction would have been unnecessary.
