They're fun to use as a blank canvas to improve as a family, standing around in the kitchen, finding random things we think might be good on a pizza, and tossing them on there.
This one grocery store near me has frozen dough balls. You thaw it out, let it proof, and pizza dough! That's the best option I've seen out there, without having to make the dough from scratch.
Oh yeah, we've gotten those also - but they sell them unfrozen here. Those are great, too; especially when the garden is pumping out those super awesome tomatoes that are better than any store has, and the basil and other herbs are busting out and all fragrant!
We need goats so we can make our own cheese and stuff now!! We were literally going to get goats if we got this other house we considered on the other side of town that was on the side of a super big hill. The hill was super steep and terraced, and I figured having to mow that mess would be a bitch, while goats would just be perfectly at home on it. It had smushy spots on the floor and a few other weird creepy issues, so we got this place instead, and have already planted stuff we like on every inch of gardenable land and the rest is nice concrete... but maybe some of that concrete has to go so that we can grow MORE!
Homegrown tomatoes always taste so much better.
