Bullshit. They are looking at using your contact list, Kikebook and messenger apps with your Bluetooth radio to check everybody you interact with. And Bluetooth has a range of about 15-20 feet. What they are probably going to do with this information is watch what everybody is doing on a day to day basis to enact more of the social engineering ideas.
The best part is they don't need to do this as Kikebook and Jewgle is already doing it via their "Hey, you are here a lot, have you been to X? You should write a review of X."
