All content accounts reviewed before activation, creating a high-quality video community.
Plus their income is coming from advertisers...
Video ad space available now at $10 CPM, only before June 1st.
If your business model is ad based, you are beholden to the advertiser's sensibilities.
Also, even though they have a sign up form, they don't provide any links to their TOS and content policies.

Anything that claims to be against censorship shouldn’t automatically be trusted.
