A couple of days before he "died" (if he died): He signed paperwork with his lawyers putting almost all of his assets into a blind trust. No one knows what happened to those assets. Completely sealed from our view. Only the lawyers and the executor of the will can see it. And, if this is the money in question that the judge is asking about, presumably the judge has to see it or sign off on it. He could be alive or dead. He could be in hiding or in witness protection or in some secret military base in Tel Aviv. He could have legitimately committed suicide or he could have been murdered by someone powerful. Given the level of transparency we have seen so far, we may never know more than we know now.
