Rich people can be the cheapest people. I worked with a doctor who spent several hours complaining about having to pay a co-pay for a chest xray he had done, maybe a ten dollar co-pay. In the time he spent going from department to department, manager to manager he could have made thousands of dollars reading other xrays. And yes, he was Jewish.
