I wouldn't call a 4.4 magnitude quake major. Sure you feel it and some damage may happen, but nothing really serious.

Looks like USGS didn't update their map yet and I was looking at the wrong quake.
Even if it is 4.4, numbers aren't just enough. You have to consider the distance and depth it occurred. Especially on rocky lands.
