Charles Lieber, Chair of Harvard University's Department of Chemistry & Chemical Biology, has been arrested & criminally charged with making "false, fictitious & fraudulent statements" to the U.S. Defense Dept. about his ties to a Chinese gov. program to recruit foreign scientists & researchers.
