You are picking at straws to blame an entire country of 1.4B people. There obviously are severe hygiene issues in some places in China and other Asian countries, but saying that is the norm there is pure ignorance. I don't know a single Asian person (especially the new generation) who isn't cringing in disgust when they read/see/hear about these examples you provided.
