Next thing I know you're chinese...
Again
This isn't just him saying it, hygiene and food safety in china is obviously a long lasting and widespread problem
Multiple reports about it

>"There are horror stories, obviously," Mathieu Labasse, AsiaInspection's vice president told CNN by phone. "We find factories that just have no basic idea about hygiene standards. People that handle the food, they have no gloves, nothing."
Next thing I know you're chinese...
lol
Because someone doesn't agree with the way you present facts doesn't make them Chinese.
told CNN by phone.
Okay.
Ok then let's say it's just one fish merchant preparing his fishes directly on the sidewalk, and everybody was in total shock over there about it

Poor hygiene at 5-star hotels in China: Toilet brush used to clean cups
>Three five-star hotels in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, were punished on Wednesday after authorities found poor hygiene conditions in their guest rooms.
"poor hygiene" lol, in fucking five stars hotels on top of that
You are picking at straws to blame an entire country of 1.4B people.
There obviously are severe hygiene issues in some places in China and other Asian countries, but saying that is the norm there is pure ignorance.
I don't know a single Asian person (especially the new generation) who isn't cringing in disgust when they read/see/hear about these examples you provided.
