I never considered myself much of a troll. I do still have my Guy Fawkes mask from Operation Chanology, but that's not doing much good.

Look, why do trolls get so much flack from day1, on the intarwebs?

Because, as simple users, if you play their question/answer/rhetoric game as an admin, you're going to lose your mind and the whole board will burst in flame, that's why

Admins and users in general are pissed at trolls precisely because they succeed at pissing them, so much contempt they resort to that "troll" label, out of bitterness

Remember how you are supposed to deal with a troll? Pretend he doesn't exist, don't talk to him, don't answer

It's quite telling, when it comes to their disturbance power

And what is trolling? This is nothing new

Socrates was a huge troll

It's just a guy, a schemer with rhetorical skills essentially, whose ultimate goal is to turn your own arguments and logic and rules, against you. By using questions, bait and switch tactics, provocation, you name it

That's what it is, it takes skills to master the art of trolling, because this is an art

Everything and nothing can be an art

Painting a wall isn't an art in itself, but you can bring wall painting to art level

It's up to you, it's all about what you do with the cards you have, not just about the cards you have
