Yes you can, especially in china, ultra nationalist totalitarian (there's no buh buh buh muh lawyer muh rights) where the collective is always above the individual, where peer pressure is a fucking thing, you can

And they did btw, but too late https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDAbEWrvYqY

But their stupid censorship killed it, they should have played super china team/ant work from the get go, "it's super serious people, no mercy for jerks"

But they went old school kneejerk command and control commie denial

...

Can you verify the translation here with a chinese speaker? https://youtu.be/q7PwWkhhA9g?t=39

The translation has inaccuracies.

1:09 she doesn't say "a lot of them are close to dying". She says they can't receive more people (they are full).

1:20 she doesn't say what the subtitle shows. She says no one knows how to cure people.

The bit about the government at the end, is that accurate?

The problem is that Wuhan hospitals' staff is in quarantine too, and under heavy distress. They clearly aren't prepared for such event.

There's no much they can do beside providing oxygen assistance and painkiller/antibiotics. Patients have to recover on their own or die.
