It is amazing to me that tax payer dollars need to be spent to teach black mothers that smoking while pregnant or around infants is bad. How is it that white people are able take care of their babies without help from the government, but for some reason this is lost on blacks...

What is the end result of this? It is more poor black babies in our population. Babies that likely will grow up dependant on the government. Those same children are those most likely to commit crime. How does this benefit America? It doesn't
