How much of this 100 miles is in places that didn't have walls to begin with? They've been very evasive with this question and it's unclear how much of this is wall replacing old worn down wall or fencing.

100 miles! That's awesome, now how long is that border? Do they still open the gates for "refugee" claimants and provide medical care, food, shelter? What's the point of a fence when they keep the gate open?
