Until these raids start costing the pigs their lives gun confiscation will only get worse. There and here, it's the same all over. They at least call confiscation what it is, here we dance around it "red flag laws"
I think that "pig lives" cost is only going to reinforce the narrative. "oh look, a police officer got killed again by yet another cis white male supremacist terrist!"
What's going to happen is incremental "here and there", they aren't going to go massively all in like a fucking fourth reich army
Instead it's going to be in the weekly "minor news" category, here and there, little by little
Why? Because they don't want an unified front mobilizing as one man
So it's going to be little by little here and there, and over a long enough timeline they'll get their way, incrementally
Unless, there's a serious orgnaized mobilization over each occurence of gun confiscation, then they have to pull back
It's exactly what jews would do btw; When one of them is attacked, the whole community moves in as one man and starts pressuring local and federal authorities
