The confrontation happened after the fact. If he was actively preventing the verdict may have been different.

Still it's kind of bullcrap; if it was a police officer that entered a struggle with this man trying to arrest him, and the man died there would be no charges at all.

There might be another source with more details, but I'm not sure that this story contains enough information to render judgement.

Looked up a picture of the convenience store, because I had never heard of it. Looks like a small gas station type. Often, those types have unisex bathrooms in the back. Could it have been one of them? Could it have been an accident? Is there any proof that this happened at all? (other than the word of a nog's daughter...)

Harris apparently claims that he swung first, but again, he's a nog, it's never their fault, but multiple witnesses contradict his story.

No where in the articles I've read does anyone claim that he laid a hand on the daughter. It could be that he was planning on raping the teenage girl and was foiled because she was able to close and lock the door before Armstrong was able to enter (doubtful?) but there are so many "ifs" and "maybes".

Also, what color was Armstrong? Statistically speaking zero rapes of black women by White Men per annum. We already know the nog lied, so if Armstrong was White, I think it's safe to call Harris' version of events bullshit.
