They regularly try to reheat old chicken to cut costs, and it turns out mushy and dry. Never again.

Yup. Half the time I went there when I was younger it would be the most dried out pieces of re-cooked chicken. As soon as you double cook fried chicken it's garbage. They should at least give you half off for shit like that
