Two 'Mowgli' girls have been rescued from their squalid home where they ate styrofoam and wallpaper after their mother let them starve. Sisters Diana and Anya, aged five and one, lived in appalling conditions with their mother and her boyfriend in Dnipro, central Ukraine.
