There are two cartels who control the energy sector by means of gas & oil. They steal fuel by replacing it with water. Knowing about the cartel interest in avocados is not new to me since the push for legalization of weed in the U.S. and the forced importation of Fentanyl from China into Mexico is becoming more relevant today than in the past. Mexican Cartels today are producing heroin, meth and a tiny bit of cannabis in some places. With the border & the wall, they're making more money over human smuggling & trafficking, piracy. With drugs, especially cannabis becoming legal in the US & Mexico most Cartels now are switching to avocados, oil, gas, and other venues to make money.
