It used to be called opsec, never leave a trail talking about what you are willing to do, or openly speculate about what you want to do. That shit is now called "Evidence" and talking about the 'wrong target' will give any prosecutor looking for a payday an easy verdict. Everyone's phone collects this evidence, so no point talking about it until the day it happens.
