I agree, that deporting them to their home country is totally justified. I don't agree (obviously I may be, and am often wrong) that the death penalty is justified for rape cases
Unless you are a globalist, that matter doesn't concern you. They broke the law of a country, get punished, get sent back to their home country. What will happen there is their own responsibility. Why do you think they raped someone outside of it? Because they knew what would happen if they did in they own country.

Yes, completely right and existentially dangerous. I still think that empathy can be used in a reasoned way. Too much empathy unbridled by wisdom or reason turns into toxic altruism, which is being used against us.

Yes and this is a huge danger when these people turn voting into a racial head-count. That is their goal. They move away from their shithole, but don’t try to assimilate (mostly, I'm sure that there are some exceptions) with no understanding that we do things better here . Mexico, Iraq, Sudan aren't shithole countries because they lack natural resources, or don't have beautiful geography, they're shitholes because of the people.
