even if they were "following orders", as "professionals" they have been trained in their "professional duties" meaning if they are "following orders", tthry are educated and most likely licensed to uphold their duties, meaning they then knowingly made the decision to violate their licensed duties.... also, meaning they cant claim ignorance!!!
