A 20-year-old Colorado woman charged with indecent exposure for playing Frisbee topless has won a $50,000 settlement. Effie Krokos was really hot — and said she knew the law — when she decided to remove her shirt while throwing a Frisbee with her fiance in his front yard in Loveland on Sept. 26.
