Shouldn't there always be a quid pro quo with Foreign Aid? Why would the United States of America just give money away to other countries without strings attached? The central questions are did the President request that the Bidens be investigated, was the request solely for his own benefit, and does the U.S. have any interest in knowing if the former Vice President used his Office to help his son? There seems to be a strange idea on the left that money ought to be just handed out to foreign countries with no conditions or questions asked.
