There are 2 ways to justify your denial about using crippled hardware.
Your work was certainly not based on deadlines
You weren't using your computers for real intensive tasks
I’ve used several of the largest publicly owned supercomputers in the us for my work in neurobiology.
I don't see a correlation with me saying that crApple laptops and mac mini aren't appropriate for cpu/gpu intensive tasks due to their design limitation (throttling because of overheating).

Actually if Apple does not make a PC/laptop sized supercomputer that you guys were discussing about then the supercomputer argument is derailing the subject. Apple unless they are using an AMD threadripper and an equally powerful motherboard or a xenon based system then your computer is likely a crapple since they are not know by me to have a super powerful up to date anything that I've read about. It's always the sleek case or some other bullshit the power users don't give a shit about unless they are just trying to show off the shiny stuff that really doesn't matter when you are talking about power. I think gay computer artist when I think of Apple or overpaid SJW faggots that have to have the liberal Apple brand just because. Apple for the past 15 years has not in my eyes ever won an award for powerful computer processing or even mention unless it's in a paid advertisement. Fuck Apple just a name to me and their stock is to overprice but not for computers but for phones that are so overpriced is disgusting and stupid to pay that much unless someone is an idiot whos money is burning a hole in their pocket. is totally right in this argument without a doubt and your field of work or pay does not enter into any calculation of who is right, the logical and truthful facts are right always.
