I like how the military always couches their research using terms like helping disabled people overcome....

You know this research is really about being able to manipulate people with direct mind control. Corporations and military industrial complex are not interested in helping civilians, they're only interested in profits.

This is 10 years old. Imagine what they are up to these days that they aren't telling us about yet.

???

This is the first time researchers have reconstructed a recognizable song solely from brain recordings, according to a new report published Aug. 15 in the journal PLOS Biology.

This Article Published AUGUST 19, 2023

Yes, it was. But did you actually read it? The report was published on Aug 15th, the data was collected in 2012 and2013.

>These recordings were gathered from 29 patients in 2012 and 2013. All of the patients suffered from epilepsy, and surgeons implanted the electrodes to help determine the precise brain region causing their seizures, Knight said

Or, maybe I am misinterpreting it, maybe the collected the data 10 years ago and they just now got around to using it for this test. I dunno, it's not that specific. I'm betting man though...

Either way, it appears they have a long way left to go before this tech works well. I read it but remember losing interest after listening to their shitty results and I skimmed through the rest. Nothing to fear from this tech, for a while anyway.

That was my take on it.
