My wife and I have started receiving "Your device isn't part of the Netflix Household for this account" on our tablets.

Going through all of the troubleshooting steps on Netflix, we find this can be set up by pressing "left" on your smart tv and selecting the correct menu items to I guess add devices to the "household."

We do not have a smart tv. We have a PC running a browser, using our ("dumb") tv as a big monitor for our netflix watching.

I can't find anything with the correct menus in the browser 'version' of netflix. The 'account' page doesn't mention this "household" thing.

Their customer service operator was no help at all, didn't understand the part about "we don't have a smart tv but would still like to manage our household."

Does anyone know how to do this through a browser? I just want to watch Travelers on my tablet.

I have Netflix on my 4 year old phone and never take the updates. I share with my father but we're never on at the same time. I think this matters although I'm not sure.
