To be clear I'm from Europe, not US (it has caused some salt in the comments below), but wokeness infection is on the same level here.
To be honest I feel sorry for these women since they put themselves in an impossible competition and are under a constant stress. Some of them realize what the story is and take administrative position they can thrive in, and some of them desperately keep trying to competed with men, and end up resenting all men because of it.
