Yeah, I agree for healthy people. Probably should be laws about that or something.

However, if I'm stuck in my meat suit and unable to communicate it would be nice to be able to use a computer somehow.

They've had treatments and cures for various forms of paralysation and neuroregenesis for years. The only tech you're allowed is the kind keeps you in chains.
